Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor will soon be seen sharing screen space in their upcoming film ‘PadMan’, that is scheduled to hit theatres on January 25. The film that marks Akki’s wife Twinkle Khanna’s production debut, is the second collaboration between Akshay and Sonam after seven years. While the stars have made it clear that they are not afraid of the upcoming box-office clash with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’, one thing that does scare the leading man will put a smile on your face.

According to reports doing the rounds, Sonam revealed that Akshay is in fact very scared of his actress-turned-author wife. Kapoor, who shares a close bond with family, also went on to praise Twinkle for flawless pulling off the producer’s role. She commended that Twinkle’s etiquettes stating that she “would never interfere” with director R Balki’s decisions on-set as he was the “captain of the ship.”

Previously speaking about the ‘PadMan’ vs ‘Padmaavat’ clash, the actress said at an event, “There is a need for competition when it comes to films and high time that the film releases. Good cinema is good cinema. I don’t believe in competition. Our film is very simple and sweet, and honestly, I am just happy that the film (Padmaavat) is releasing, more than anything else, and I hope the film does well.”
